Since then, he initiated a fundamental transformation at the world\u2019s most valuable luxury car maker. Next to spinning off the truck business, he decided to prepare his brand to go all-electric and pushes Mercedes-Benz to become carbon-neutral by 2039. Before being appointed as CEO, Ola headed the R&amp;D and the sales divisions, led the AMG performance cars brand and ran the Mercedes-Benz plant in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
