The graph shows VOC emissions per car produced and the absolute emissions of all car manufacturers combined. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With new technologies, such as the replacement of solvent-based paints with solvent-free, water-based equivalents manufacturers have been able to reduce total VOC emissions by 61% over the last 18 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\t\t<blockquote class=\"shareable-blockquote\">\n\t\t\t<div
