In conjunction with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acea.auto\/fact\/electric-cars-tax-benefits-purchase-incentives-2023\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">passenger cars<\/a> edition, ACEA has compiled an overview for commercial electric vehicles in EU member states, Iceland, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this first edition, ACEA outlines the tax benefits (related to acquisition and ownership), purchase incentives, such as bonus payments or buyer premiums, and stimuli for developing or installing charging infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-key-findings\">Key findings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>22 EU member states (~80%) do not offer incentives for infrastructure development or installation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Almost one-third of EU member states do not offer incentives for purchasing electric commercial vehicles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Three member states offer no tax benefits\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Estonia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hungary<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Netherlands<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hungary is the only member state with no tax benefits or purchase incentives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In general, EU member states offer a lower number of&nbsp; tax benefits and purchase incentives for electric commercial vehicles compared to electric <a
